The Home Affairs Department's Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (Kowloon) will organise a free workshop on "Occupiers' Liability in Private Buildings" on July 31.
Owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of owners' corporations and building management company personnel are invited to attend the workshop which will be held on July 31 (Thursday) from 7.30 pm to 9 pm at the BMRC (Kowloon), ground floor, 2 Mau Lam Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.
Representatives from the Law Society of Hong Kong will brief participants on the legal liability of tenants, sub-tenants and those who are in lawful occupation of flats in relation to private building management.
