Police today (May 15) appeal to members of the public for information on the whereabouts of a girl who went missing in December last year.

Chung Fung-yee, aged 17, has failed to return to her home in Tsz Man Estate, Tsz Wan Shan since December 28, 2002. Her father made a report to the Police on January 8 this year.

Standing about 1.54 metres, she weighs about 44 kilograms, is of medium build, has brown long hair, big eyes, a sharp face and dark complexion.

Initial enquiries revealed that the missing girl has a habit of frequenting discos in Tsuen Wan, often appears in Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai areas.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing girl is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon East at 2703 2331 or 2703 2316.
