A new Yuen Long Post Office at Yuen Long Pau Cheung Square opens today(December 30), to replace the existing post office at Sau Fu Street, Yuen Long.

The Acting Postmaster General, Mr. Allan Chiang said, ¡§this new post office has a new layout and design which accentuate Hongkong Post¡¦s progressive corporate image. The office environment there has been greatly improved as compared with the existing office in an attempt to achieving efficiency and customer satisfaction.¡¨

Located at Shop B, G/F, 8 Yuen Long Pau Cheung Square , the Yuen Long Post Office operates from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. Other than the full range of services currently provided, this new post office also offers Private Post Office Boxes for the convenience of customers who prefer this efficient way of collecting their mails. ¡§The opening of this new office once again demonstrates our continuous effort to upgrade our services to customers.¡¨ added Mr Chiang.
