A new Ho Man Tin Post Office opens today (August 26) to replace the existing post office which has been in operations since November 13, 2000.

The Postmaster General, Mr Luk Ping-chuen said, "It is our continuous effort to upgrade our services to customers. The new Ho Man Tin Post Office is located in the vicinity of Ho Man Tin Plaza which is a focal point where most of the daily needs of the community are met. The public hall is more spacious."

Located at Unit 2, G/F, Tim Man House, Ho Man Tin Estate, Ho Man Tin , the new Ho Man Tin Post Office operates from 9.30 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and from 9.30 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

A souvenir cover priced at $2 each has been issued to commemorate the opening of the new office.
