The Tourism Commission today (May 30) announced the results of the Enjoy Hong Kong Itinerary Design Competition. The objective of the competition was to encourage Hong Kong people to design an itinerary for relatives and friends visiting from overseas to show them the most interesting and attractive aspects of Hong Kong. The winners for the category of individual aged below 12 are: Champion: Lee Kong Wai; 1st Runner-up: Tsang Wing Yeung, Thomas; 2nd Runner-up: Lilian Wong; and Honourable Mention: Wong Hun, Timothy, Yip Chi Hung, Wong Ka Ki. The winners for the category of individual aged between 12 and 19 are: Dual Champions: Tang Wai Yan, Li Cheuk Hon, Sammy; 1st Runner-up: Li Chun Lok, Eden; 2nd Runner-up: Ingrid Lau; Honourable Mention: Chu Ching Yee, Tang King Pui, Cheung Wing Tai, Tam Yik Man. The winners for the category of individual aged 20 and above are: Champion: To Cho Foo; 1st Runner-up: Tsang Kwok Fai; Dual 2nd Runners-up: Mak Cheuk Yan, Kalyan Ashis Samaddar; Honourable Mention: Chan Shing Tang, Abby, Choi Kim Fung, Kelvin, Lam Kwok Wai. The winners for the category of group are: Champion: Leung Kwan Lay, Queenie, Leung Wing Tung, Ma Ka Po (Jockey Club Government Secondary School); 1st Runner-up: Leung Yan Ping, Wu Pui Ning, Fu Kwan Ki, Tang Wing Ki (Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Secondary School); 2nd Runner-up: Ho Kar Yan, Chau Kin Po, Li Ka Ming; Honourable Mention: Chili Group, Chi Heng Foundation, Hong Kong Academy For Performing Arts: Department of Stage & Technical Management, Happy Bees, Good Hope School Primary Section, Chan Hon Hung & Group Members and Mongkok Workers' Children School. A prize presentation ceremony for the winning entries (champions, 1st and 2nd runners-up) to be officiated by Financial Secretary, Mr Antony Leung, will be held on June 1 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The winning entries will be put on display in the form of a roving exhibition starting June 1 until August 30, 2002. Members of the public are welcome to view the roving exhibition at the following locations: June 1 (starting from 4.30pm) - June 14: Concourse, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre June 15 - July 1: Covered Piazza, Times Square July 2 - July 14 : Plaza, New World Centre July 16 - August 9: Murray House, Stanley August 10 - August 30: Tsing Yi MTR Station (near the entrance of Maritime Square) All winning entries can also be viewed on the website (http://www.enjoyhk.gov.hk).
