In view of the growing popularity of skate-biking activities, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has identified a number of roller skating rinks and parks with cycling areas/tracks to provide suitable venues for skate-biking activities.

An LCSD spokesman said today (July 21): "Skate-biking activities can take place in the LCSD's roller skating rinks and parks with cycling areas/tracks at various public pleasure grounds over the territory. The players are advised not to cause any inconvenience to other users."

"Moreover, the players are strongly advised to wear safety gear such as helmets, knee and elbow pads and suitable footwear when playing the game for their own safety," he added.

There are a total of 35 roller skating rinks and five parks with cycling areas/tracks which are suitable for skate-biking activities. These venues are located in the following areas:
