Following is the transcript (English portion) of the media session given by the Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa, in Shanghai today (June 1):

Reporter: In terms of high technology, do you see areas for co-operation or areas of competition between the cities?

Mr Tung: I think at this moment of time, there are obviously more areas for co-operation. It does not mean that in the future there will not be any competition and you know, my view is that competition is very healthy. It makes us all stronger and better at the end. So, at this time it's all about working together.
