The Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa, will proceed on leave from tomorrow (Saturday) prior to his visit to San Francisco and Silicon Valley on July 21 and 22 respectively.

He will continue with his leave after the visit until August 2.

When Mr Tung is on official visit cum leave, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Anson Chan, will be the acting Chief Executive. Mr Tung will resume duty on August 3.
