The Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa, today (Tuesday) extended his congratulations to Mr Chan Kwok-ming, Mr Chan Wai-tat and Mr Marco Fu Ka-chun for their winning a gold medal in the Snooker Team Event in the 13th Asian Games.

In his congratulatory letter, Mr Tung said, "We are much heartened by your achievement. You have been able to keep your calm and overcome the adverse condition in a close competition and have fully demonstrated your team spirit in winning the event. This is really commendable. I hope you will continue to work hard to bring honour to Hong Kong people in your future endeavours."
