Terms of Reference
To advise the Government on the following issues:-
(i)the general direction and administration of the Life and health Technology Research Institute (LHTRI);(ii)the research directions and focuses of the LHTRI on the basis of the strengths of the participating institutions and their collaborators, and the strategic importance of their focused fields;(iii)the assessment of the research programmes and projects to be undertaken at the LHTRI;(iv)the operational arrangements and financial matters of the LHTRI; and(v)
