Terms of Reference
-
(i)To advise the Government on the overall direction for enhancing and promoting assessment literacy in the school sector, in particular through the Basic Competency Assessment and Student Assessment Repository (STAR) Projects;(ii)To advise the Government on the overall direction on the use of qualitative and quantitative data collected to enhance learning and teaching; and(iii)To advise the Government on how to make good use of Information Communications Technology in promoting Assessment for/as Learning, including the overall planning and administration of the STAR, such as the overall direction, the feedback and reporting function, quality assurance mechanism as well as support to schools.
