Terms of Reference

1. To advise the Director of Home Affairs on the vetting criteria for amusement games / machines;
2. to advise the Director of Home Affairs whether particular amusement games / machines submitted by licensees, prospective licensees and amusement games suppliers comply with the vetting criteria; and
3. to review approved amusement games which are the subject of complaints.
