The Town Planning Ordinance as amended in 2023 (the Amended Ordinance) takes effect on 1.9.2023. Pursuant to the transitional provisions under the Amended Ordinance, sections 6 to 6H of the pre-amended Ordinance still apply to the plans with “#” below which were exhibited before the said date.
Plans under Processing
Submission of representations/comments/further representations should comply with the requirements set out in TPB PG-No. 29B or 29C, where appropriate, in particular, if the full name and the first four alphanumeric characters of HKID card/passport number are not provided, the submission may be treated as not having been made. The Secretariat of Town Planning Board (TPB) reserves the right to require the representer/ the commenter/the further representer to provide identity proof for verification.
