Indication of hard copy submission
Step 1. You are required to indicate whether you have hard copy submission for the application before you can sign the e-form.
Step 2. Go to "Checklist of Documents" and check either "Yes" or "No" for hard copy submission.
Step 3. If you choose "Yes", please also specify the types of documents to be submitted. You can choose one or more options.
Step 4. You will be able to sign the e-form afterwards
