Checking missing attachment
Step 1. If you click the attachment box but forget to add the attachment file(s), you cannot sign the e-form.
Step 2. Go to "Checklist of Documents" to check attachment(s) included.
Step 3. The added attachment(s) can be viewed here.
Step 4. Click here to add attachment, and you can sign afterwards.
