Terms of Reference

To advise the Director of Social Welfare on :

  1. development of strategies to promote self-reliance of people with disabilities;

  2. the promotion of marketing strategies among sheltered workshops and supported employment units;

  3. the administration of the special project on "Enhancing employment of people with disabilities through small enterprise"; and

  4. the role and responsibilities of the Marketing Consultancy Office (Rehabilitation).
