Terms of Reference
To advise the Director of Social Welfare on :
- development of strategies to promote self-reliance of people with disabilities;
- the promotion of marketing strategies among sheltered workshops and supported employment units;
- the administration of the special project on "Enhancing employment of people with disabilities through small enterprise"; and
- the role and responsibilities of the Marketing Consultancy Office (Rehabilitation).
