This is a compendium of the submissions received during consultation
on Phase One of the Review of Civil Service Pay Policy and System.
In compiling the compendium, we have taken care to protect personal
data. Information such as names, identity card numbers, residential
addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses
etc. have been deleted from all submissions.
