Hong Kong residents requiring help in any country can call the Immigration Department 24-hour Hotline on (852) 1868.

Thailand

If you have friends or relatives unlocated, please call the Immigration Department Hotline and provide them with the names, ID numbers and last known location of those involved.

If your have reported friends or relatives unlocated and they have returned to Hong Kong, please inform the Immigration Department Hotline immediately.
