The Commissioner on Interception of Communications and Surveillance is an office established under the Interception of Communications and Surveillance Ordinance. The role of the Commissioner is to oversee the compliance by law enforcement agencies and their officers with the relevant requirements of the Interception of Communications and Surveillance Ordinance.
