Weather Situation: A trough of low pressure is bringing unsettled weather to the coastal waters of Guangdong and the northern part of the South Chine Sea. Meanwhile, an easterly airstream is affecting the coastal waters of Guangdong gradually. At 4 p.m., Typhoon Ewiniar with maximum sustained winds of about 130 kilometres per hour near its centre was located at 20.0 degrees north, 127.0 degrees east. It is forecast to move northeast at about 36 kilometres per hour towards the seas south of the Ryukyu Islands.
