Half-Yearly Monetary and Financial Stability Report The Half-Yearly Monetary and Financial Stability Report analyses in detail recent external and domestic influences on Hong Kong's monetary and financial systems.	HKIMR Established by the HKMA in August 1999, the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research (HKIMR) supports research in the fields of monetary policy, banking and finance that are of strategic importance to Hong Kong and the Asia region.
