If your institution wishes to have a set of the bilingual returns together with the Chinese completion instructions, you may send a staff to collect them at the Public Registry, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, 29/F, Asian Pacific Finance Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong during the period 9.2.98 to 14.2.98 at the following times:

Weekdays : 10.00a.m. to 5.00p.m.
Saturday : 10.00a.m. to 12.00noon

Please have your staff bring along the attached bearer letter duly completed.
