Dear Sir/Madam,

New templates for STET and STEM software

Further to our letters on 28 May 1999 and 31 May 1999, I am writing to inform you that the templates of the STET and STEM systems for the submission of prudential returns have been revised to incorporate the adjustments made to the returns of Loans and Advances and Provisions MA(BS)2A (Rev.99) and Liquidity Position MA(BS)1E(Rev.99).

The new template upgrade software and instruction will be available for downloading from our private website (www.hkfin.net) from 30 June 1999. You can also collect the software by presenting the bearer letter (Annex) duly completed to the Public Registry of the HKMA at 29/F, Asia Pacific Finance Tower, 3 Garden Road, Hong Kong.
