United Nations Sanctions (Iran) Regulation

Further to our letter of 13 May, I am writing to inform you that an updated list of persons and entities have been specified by the Chief Executive as relevant persons and entities under section 31 of the United Nations Sanctions (Iran) Regulation.  The list was published in the Gazette (G.N. 3146) today and is available on the Government's website.    

You are reminded to check your records and report any transactions or relationships your institution has or has had with the named persons or entities to the Joint Financial Intelligence Unit and the HKMA.
