I would like to inform you that the Banking (Specification of Public Sector Entities in Hong Kong) (Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Ocean Park Corporation) Notice, which was gazetted on 20 March 2006 to specify Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Ocean Park Corporation as public sector entities in Hong Kong as defined under the Third Schedule to the Banking Ordinance, will come into operation on 20 May 2006. A copy of the Notice is attached for your information.
