Hong Kong Link 2004 Limited as a Public Sector Entity in Hong Kong
I would like to inform you that the Banking (Specification of Public Sector Entities in Hong Kong) (Amendment) (No.2) Notice 2004, which was gazetted on 16 September 2004 to specify Hong Kong Link 2004 Limited as a public sector entity in Hong Kong as defined under the Third Schedule to the Banking Ordinance, has come into operation today. A copy of the Notice is attached for your information.
