Module IC-7: The Sharing and Use of Commercial Credit Data through a
Commercial Credit Reference Agency (CCRA)
Further to the letter to you on 3 June 2004 attaching the final version of the captioned SPM Module, please be informed that the Monetary Authority is issuing the Module as statutory guidelines under section 16(10) of the Banking Ordinance by notice in the Gazette today.
