Quantitative Impact Analysis of the New Capital Accord

Further to my letter of 20 March 2001 regarding the quantitative impact analysis of the New Accord, I would like to inform you that we have finalised the worksheet for conducting the analysis. The final version of the worksheet, which has incorporated comments received so far, will be available in the HKMA's private and public web-sites. A copy (with changes highlighted) is also attached for your reference.

If your institution has not been selected to participate in the study of the impact of the New Accord, you may still use the worksheet for self-assessment purposes. You are welcome to share with us the results of your self-assessment or any major observations arising therefrom.
