Dear Sir/Madam,

Electronic Delivery of Circulars/Guidelines to Authorized Institutions

Further to our letter of 6 July 2000, I am writing to inform you that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority will formally adopt the captioned electronic delivery system with effect from 15 August 2000. In this connection, the practice of sending circulars and guidelines to authorized institutions by post will be discontinued as from this date.
