Non-Statutory Guidelines on Directors' Duties

Non-Statutory Guidelines on Directors' Duties

The Companies Registry has issued "Non-Statutory Guidelines on Directors' Duties" outlining the general principles which a director should observe in the performance of his functions and exercise of his powers. All directors should read these guidelines. Companies should give a copy of these guidelines to their directors, including new directors, for information and reference. The latest version of the Guidelines is now available for downloading on the Companies Registry website.
