| The Ordinance provides for the establishment and management of the
Exchange Fund. According to the Ordinance, the Exchange Fund
is under the control of the Financial Secretary, and may be invested by him in any securities or other assets he, after having consulted the
Exchange Fund Advisory Committee (EFAC), considers appropriate. |
