Caribbean islands grant visa-free access to HK The tiny British overseas territory of the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean has granted visa-free access to Hong Kong SAR passport holders. With immediate effect, they will be able to stay for up to 30 days without a visa. The Hong Kong government today (January 27) welcomed the move, which brings to 128 the number of countries or territories agreeing to grant visa-free access to Hong Kong passport holders. At present, citizens of the Turks and Caicos Islands may visit Hong Kong visa-free for up to 90 days. Ends/Tuesday, January 27, 2004 |
