Final call for "Pixar 30 Years of Animation" exhibition

     The "Pixar 30 Years of Animation: Hong Kong Celebration of Friendship and Family" exhibition will come to an end on March 5. Members of the public should grab the final opportunity to visit the exhibition at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum.

     The spokesperson for the museum reminded the public that the exhibition will be open from 10am to 5pm on Chinese New Year's Eve (February 15) and closed on the first two days of the Chinese New Year (February 16 and 17).

     The exhibition is open from 10am to 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays to Fridays, from 10am to 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and closed on Tuesdays and the first two days of the Chinese New Year.

     Themed on "Friendship and Family", the "Pixar 30 Years of Animation: Hong Kong Celebration of Friendship and Family" exhibition features a fine selection of more than 300 exhibits, including hand-drawn sketches, paintings, storyboards and sculptures created by the artists at Pixar Animation Studios. Visitors are able to have a glimpse of the creative magic behind some of the world's best-known animated films.

     The exhibition is jointly presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and Pixar Animation Studios, jointly organised by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and Pixar Animation Studios, and fully supported by the Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited.
