Teatre Animal to perform children's theatre production "Like Cat and Dog" in March

"Like Cat and Dog" is a multidisciplinary show blending multimedia, theatre and visual arts. It tells the story of an insatiable artist named Nacho. His drawings are his passion, as well as his friends. Nacho has found a way to bring them to life and communicate with them. However, even invented friends might get you in trouble. Anything can happen when they are together and everything is possible in this world of fiction.
Teatre Animal was born with "Like Cat and Dog". According to the theatre company, all components of Teatre Animal, both real and those of the show, have one thing in common - they are genuinely animals. For Teatre Animal's three creators, interaction is performance art, having the need to investigate the breaking of the fourth wall to understand theatre as something fresh and alive.
"Like Cat and Dog" will be staged at 7.30pm on March 2 (Friday), at 3pm and 7.30pm on March 3 (Saturday) and at 3pm on March 4 (Sunday) at the Cultural Activities Hall of Tsuen Wan Town Hall. A meet-the-artist session (in English) will be held after the first performance and a workshop (in English) will be held at 10.30am on March 4 at the Exhibition Gallery of Tsuen Wan Town Hall.
"Like Cat and Dog" is presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and is suitable for audience members aged 3 or above while the workshop is suitable for those aged 6 or above.
