The Home Affairs Department has so far opened 21 temporary shelters in various districts and 154 people have sought refuge at the shelters.
The 1823 Government Call Centre has received 30 reports of fallen tree as at 1pm.
According to the Hospital Authority, as at 12.30pm, a total of 10 people, including three men and seven women, aged between 29 and 81, have sought medical treatment at public hospitals during the typhoon period.
On air traffic, the Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that a total of 215 flights have been delayed and 61 flights have been cancelled as at 1pm.
The Drainage Services Department has not received any reports of flooding so far. No report of landslide has been received.
