Following is the transcript of remarks at a media session by the Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, after attending a radio programme this morning (October 15):

Reporter: Secretary Chan, you said during the radio programme that actually the Government had a plan in mind already, could you share with us what sort of direction, what sort of restriction, different types of restriction you actually had thought about that you would think and discuss with the people?

Secretary for Transport and Housing: We had indeed discussed quite a lot of these parameters during the past few months, but in order not to preempt what we are going to do in future, I would rather hold it for a while, so that the society would feel free to speak up their mind and let us know what they would prefer in due course. My apology for not telling you more about these.
