The Home Affairs Department has so far opened 21 temporary shelters in various districts and 93 people have sought refuge at the shelters.
The 1823 Government Call Centre has received nine reports of fallen tree as at 11am.
According to the Hospital Authority, as at 11am, a total of seven people, including two men and five women, aged between 29 and 81, have sought medical treatment at public hospitals during the typhoon period.
On air traffic, the Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that a total of 183 flights have been delayed and 46 flights have been cancelled as at 11am.
The Drainage Services Department has not received any reports of flooding so far. No report of landslide has been received.
