SFH to visit Beijing tomorrow

On the next day, Professor Chan will meet with officials of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the China Food and Drug Administration and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She will pay a courtesy call on the All-China Women's Federation before returning to Hong Kong on September 1.
The Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Health), Ms Elizabeth Tse; the Director of Health, Dr Constance Chan; and the Chief Executive of the Hospital Authority, Dr Leung Pak-yin, will accompany Professor Chan to pay visits to the relevant Mainland authorities.
The Under Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Chui Tak-yi, will be the Acting Secretary for Food and Health during Professor Chan's absence.
