Proposed widening of western section of Lin Ma Hang Road gazetted

     The Government gazetted today (August 18) the proposed widening of the western section of Lin Ma Hang Road between Ping Yuen River (River Ganges) and Ping Che Road, North District, to cope with the anticipated traffic growth on Lin Ma Hang Road due to the opening of the Frontier Closed Area.

     Details of the proposal are set out in the Annex. The plans and the scheme of the works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

     The gazette notice, scheme, plans and location plan will be available at

     Any person who wishes to object to the works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before October 17, 2017.
