The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 13) that due to big waves, red flags have been hoisted at Hung Shing Yeh Beach and Lo So Shing Beach in Islands District. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
The red flags at the beaches were hoisted earlier due to an oil spill. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
