Tat Hong Heavyequipment (Hong Kong) Limited was fined $100,000 at Tuen Mun Magistrates' Courts today (August 3) for violation of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance. The prosecution was launched by the Labour Department.

     The case involved a fatal accident that occurred on November 28, 2016, at a depot in Tuen Mun. A worker was suspected to have fallen to his death from a crawler-mounted crane while he was repairing the crane.
