Progress of sale of rescinded flats for Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Pilot Scheme

The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) announced earlier that there were nine flats recovered from rescission of sale and purchase agreements under the Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Pilot Scheme (GSH) - King Tai Court, and that HA cannot rule out the possibility of having some more flats being recovered later. Today (July 28), the HA invited eligible applicants under the "other family" category to select the rescinded flats at the Lok Fu Sales Unit. All nine rescinded flats were sold out.
According to the latest progress, it is anticipated that two more flats will be recovered for resale. Upon completion of all required formalities, the HA will invite eligible applicants under the "other family" category who have not had the chance to select flats to select the recovered flats next week.
Resale of rescinded GSH flats will end before the HA commences flat selection for the Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2017 (tentatively scheduled for the latter half of August).
