Tropical Storm Roke roundup
     The Hong Kong Observatory replaced the No. 8 Northwest Gale or Storm Signal issued at 9.20am today (July 23), by the No.3 Strong Wind Signal at 1.20pm as Tropical Storm Roke is moving away from Hong Kong.
     Public transport service has gradually resumed normal.
     As at 1.20pm, the 1823 Government Call Centre has received two reports of fallen trees.
     A total of 92 people had sought refuge at the temporary shelters opened by the Home Affairs Department.
     No report of flooding and landslide has been received so far.
     According to the Hospital Authority, as at 1.20pm, no injury related to the tropical storm was reported.
