     As the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 has been lifted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 1.20pm today (July 23), the Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat announced that the public services in the LegCo Complex, including guided educational tours of the Complex and the Children's Corner, will be resumed at 3.20pm.
