     The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat. Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
      
     As the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is expected to be issued at or before 9.20am today (July 23), the Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat announced that the public services in the LegCo Complex, including guided educational tours of the Complex and the Children's Corner, will be suspended.
      
     Services will be resumed two hours after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is cancelled. However, if the Signal is cancelled at or after 4pm today, services will be suspended for the whole day.
