The Home Affairs Department has so far opened 21 temporary shelters in various districts and 98 people have sought refuge at the shelters.
The 1823 Government Call Centre has so far received five reports of fallen tree.
On air traffic, the Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that a total of 41 flights have been cancelled and 275 flights delayed as at 7pm today.
The Drainage Services Department has not received any report of flooding so far. No report of landslide has been received.
