Additional performance of "Pizzazz!" by China National Acrobatic Troupe (with photos)

     The breathtaking acrobatic show "Pizzazz!", the opening programme of the summer spectacular International Arts Carnival (IAC), will include an additional performance in response to overwhelming public demand. Details are as follows:
 
Date and time: July 8 (Saturday), 3pm
Venue: Hong Kong Cultural Centre Grand Theatre
Prices: $140, $220, $300 and $380
 
     The internationally acclaimed China National Acrobatic Troupe, founded in 1950, is the country's only national-level group of its kind. Renowned for merging contemporary creativity with traditional arts, the troupe will launch the festival with the action-packed "Pizzazz!", which promises amazing displays of precision, energy and acrobatic feats such as diabolo routines, silk rope stunts, balancing acts, tumbling through hoops and umbrella juggling.
 
     "Pizzazz!" is one of the programmes celebrating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Tickets for the additional performance will be available at URBTIX (www.urbtix.hk) from tomorrow (June 5). Credit card telephone bookings can be made on 2111 5999.
