Installation of barrier-free access facilities at Wong Tai Sin subway gazetted

     The Government published in the Gazette today (May 12) the proposed installation of barrier-free access facilities at a subway (No. KS7) near MTR Choi Hung Station in Wong Tai Sin which is part of the Universal Accessibility Programme.

     The proposed works are set out in the Annex. The plan and the scheme of the works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

Central and Western Home Affairs Enquiry Centre,
G/F, Harbour Building,
38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong

Wong Tai Sin Home Affairs Enquiry Centre,
Unit 201, 2/F, Lung Cheung Office Block,
138 Lung Cheung Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon

District Lands Office,
Kowloon East and Kowloon West,
10/F, Yau Ma Tei Carpark Building,
250 Shanghai Street, Kowloon

     The gazette notice, scheme, plan, resumption plan, plan for Creation of Rights of Temporary Occupation of land and location plan will be available at www.thb.gov.hk/eng/psp/publications/transport/gazette/gazette.htm.

     Any person who wishes to object to the works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before July 11, 2017.
