The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Professor Anthony Cheung Bing-leung, will depart Hong Kong for Madrid, Spain in the early hours of next Tuesday (May 9) to sign an air services agreement on behalf of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with the Spanish Minister of Public Works, Mr Iñigo Joaquín de la Serna Hernáiz. He will also visit the aviation training facilities there.

     Professor Cheung will return to Hong Kong in the early morning next Thursday (May 11). During his absence, the Under Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Yau Shing-mu, will be the Acting Secretary for Transport and Housing.
